ORDERING INFORMATION & CONDITIONS

Please read the following and accept the terms and conditions at the end of the page to proceed to the order form.

  ORDER FORM

HOW TO ORDER:

1. Minimum Postal Order R250 (excluding Postage)
2. Print the order form. (Please read through terms and conditions and click on the "I Accept" Button.)
3. Complete order and fax ( 0866 499 417) or e-mail (info@orchidssa.co.za)  to confirm availability.
   Please supply the plant codes & names.
4. When availability is confirmed, do payment and send proof of payment

5. Plants will  usually be sent within a week to two weeks of payment. You will be notified of date of arrival and Tracking Number. 

6. Please bear in mind that plants are sent bare root (out of pot) except when grown on a small mount.  Plants are usually not in flower when sent by Mail Order.

7.When ordering, please keep in mind that the variety in a grex of seedlings is infinite and a picture only illustrates one clone of the grex.  In the case of divisions or meristems, the plants will be the same as the one in the picture.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

* This listing supersedes and cancels all previous lists, catalogues and offerings

* Availability of plants is subject to prior sale and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

* Unless you indicate otherwise, we will substitute plants that are out of stock with

   similar plants of equal or higher value.

* Plant size codes:

                          S - Seedling
                          M - Medium size
                          NFS - Near flowering size
                          FS - Flowering size

                        

 * HANDLING & POSTING

 Only written orders will be accepted. (Please use the order form ) 

Mail orders are despatched by Speed  Services Courier - This service is fast and effective and places the least strain on the plants. This is in overnight service.

   For postage & packing add:

      R160  for orders up to R500
      R200 for orders R500 - R1 000
      R250 for orders R1 000 - R2 000
      R300 for orders R2 000 - R3 500
      R400 for orders R3 500 - R5 000
      For orders over R5 000 - please enquire    

Optional extra - INSURANCE:
We have had excellent service from the Speed Courier Services over the years, but if you want to guarantee nothing goes wrong you can insure  your parcel. Insurance is available at a rate of two per cent of the declared value to a maximum of R5 000.

 Plants are sent bare root except when grown on a small mount.
 Plants are usually not in flower when sent by Mail Order.

Very small plants may be sent in their pots. 

We take  great care in selecting and  packing your order : If there are any complaints, contact us within a week of receiving your plants. We guarantee that all plants leave our nursery in good condition. 

Once they have left the nursery they are the responsibility of the Courier Company doing the delivery.We have no control over courier treatment and damaged shipments should be reported and claimed at Speed Services Couriers (0860 023 133) or  the Speed Services website:  http://www.speedservices.co.za .

* PAYMENT

Payment must be made only once your order has been confirmed.

We accept personal cheques, postal orders, direct deposits and Internet transfers. We regret that we have no Credit Card facilities available.

Payment by cheque should be made out to VAN ROOYEN ORCHIDS.

 If payment is by direct deposit/ internet transfer, please supply or fax  slip/proof of payment.
