One brilliant coloured, open, flat flower carried on a 340mm long peduncle; dorsal sepal with dark green veins and a white edge with tiny maroon hairs on the edges; petals light green with heavy maroon spots; pouch dusty green heavily spotted with maroon warts; one petal noticeably narrower than the other petal. One dark, glowing even burgundy coloured flower on a strong 388mm long peduncle; dorsal sepal well-coloured but with some reflexing at the base; petals evenly dark coloured with dark warts; substance and texture average. One well balanced flat flower carried on a 270mm long peduncle; dorsal sepal green in the centre fading to cream along the rim; sulcus and stripes dark brown; petals nicely outstretched, brownish green in colour with dark brown central stripe; pouch pinkish in colour fading to pale green towards bottom. 82mm; Ds 29x46mm; Ps 39x42mm; Ls 28x45mm; lip 23x29mm. Ten beautiful, flat, maroon coloured flowers with darker maroon spots which have a white halo around them, carried on a strong upright inflorescence; arrangement on inflorescence could be improved; petals goffer somewhat; lip white with minute maroon fringe and two maroon spots; lacking slightly in form and colour, substance and texture average.
